DISTRICT THRUSTS


CLUB ADMINISTRATION:
  1. For all clubs in the District to qualify for the Presidential Citation.
  2. For all clubs to settle all their financial obligations to R.I., the District and to the PRM by the end of the Rotary Year.
  3. For all clubs to actively participate in all district seminars and forums, and other educational as well as sports, socials and fellowship activities.
  4. For all clubs to send delegate/s to the International Convention at Sydney, Australia in June, 2014.
SERVICE PROJECTS:

  1. For all clubs to participate in a service project related to at least one of Rotary’s areas of focus.
  2. For all clubs to undertake at least one service project related to environmental preservation, protection and/or disaster mitigation.
  3. For all clubs to participate in a project funded by Global Grant or Packaged Grant.
  4. For all clubs to organize/maintain an Interact Club, a Rotaract Club and a Rotary Community Corps, and have their membership involved in Rotary undertakings/activities.
PUBLIC IMAGE:

  1. For all clubs to promote/increase awareness on Rotary by effectively utilizing multimedia channels and social media such as Rotary Showcase, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and etc. to inform the public of the various facets of Rotary, particularly, its many service projects.
MEMBERSHIP:
  1. For the District to achieve a total registered membership of no less than 2,455 by 31 March, 2014.
  2. For all clubs to have a membership base of at least 20 members by 31 March 2014.
  3. For the District to organize Four(4) new clubs by 30 April 2014.
THE ROTARY FOUNDATION:
  1. For the District to attain a total contribution to The Rotary Foundation of at least US$300,000 by the end of the Rotary Year.
  2. For all clubs to participate in the Polio Fundraising.
  3. For all clubs to become an EREY Club.
  4. For the District to attain 100% participation in Rotary Foundation Annual Giving (every member contributes).
