DISTRICT THRUSTS


Support and Strengthen Clubs:
  1. Net increase of membership in each club by 5% each year until June 30, 2015.
  2. All clubs should reach charter strength of 25 members by March 30, 2015.
  3. Maintain an 85% retention rate based on Julty 1, 2012 RI membership figures.
  4. As requested by RI President Tanaka, each club should have a three year strategic plan and goals which in turn will become the basis for the club's performance evaluation and district awards.
Increase Humanitarian Service:

Service Projects:
  1. Increase the number of sustainable projects in any of Rotary Intenational's Areas of Focus.
  2. Have a balanced program by having projects in all avenues of service.
  3. Increase the personal involvement of club members in all service projects.
  4. Work with partners in some of the service projects.
International Projects:
  1. Each club to have a per capita contribution of US$100.
  2. For all clubs to become EREY clubs.
  3. Participate in Matching Grants and District Simplified Grants.
  4. Participate in the GSE program.
  5. Prepare clubs for the launching of the Future Vision Plan in July 2013.
Enhance Public Image:
  1. Each club should have a significant Public Image project and or participate in the District Public Image project.
  2. Participate in community activities such as Barangay Assembly, school graduation, or any other school functions etc. or sponsor any community activity.
  3. Create a club website and update it regularly.
  4. Maintain presence in any social networking site.
