Last December 11, 2010, District 3800 had its Pre-PETS, hosted by the Rotary Club of Cosmopolitan San Juan at the Kalayaan Hall of Club Filipino in Greenhills, San Juan City. The Pre-PETS is the first time that all the Majestic Presidents Elect got the opportunity to meet each other and bond in preparation for their Majestic Year. Gov. Raffy started things off with a "Getting to Know You" activity where each Majestic President got up and introduced him/herself to everyone else. The guest speakers for the day were PDG Willie Segovia of D3830 who spoke about The Object of Rotary and PP Willie Caballa who talked about the Club President's Year in Office. After all the work, it was then time to have fun. Right after the Pre-PETS, the Majestic Team then had its very first Christmas Party, also prepared by RC Cosmopolitan San Juan. The theme was Children's Party. It was fun to see everyone in their costumes and participate in the games. For the entertainment, there was a magic act which wowed and amazed everyone present.
