    Rotary Institute is like a mini International Convention where there are around 1,200 delegates and 16 countries represented. Most of the delegates are senior Rotary leaders but this is open to all Rotarians especially those who would like to experience something different from the local setting. This year, Philippines had the second biggest delegation (around 330) with our District sending around 40 delegates. It was a weekend of learning experience, fun and fellowship. Our District participated in the International Fellowship night with a dance number called Karinosa. We were joined by other Rotarians/dancers from District 3820. Joining us in the Karinosa dance were Visionary Governor Rudy San Felipe and Lady Edith and DGN Lirio Sandoval and Lady Glo. We have proven that our District is not just performing well in terms of membership growth and TRF contributions, we also excel in cultural arts and dances.

    I was given the chance to participate at the Workshop Sessions as one of the Rapporteurs in the morning workshop session. I was also privileged to have been chosen as the reporting group representative of the morning workshops rapporteurs where I made my report at the closing plenary. Global Governor Jun Farcon, Jr.
