Rotary's Most Outstanding Public Servants

    RID3800 in celebration of Vocational Service Month has recognized last October 23, 2010 at Club Filipino, Rotary’s Most Outstanding Public Servants (MOPS) for RY 2010-2011. This recognition is aimed at elevating public servants in the community who have demonstrated outstanding work performance or service beyond public expectations and consistently demonstrated exemplary ethical behavior thus elevating them as role models for others to emulate.

    Following are these year’s most outstanding public servants:

  1. Postal Employee: Mr. Jovito N. Palacio - Mandaluyong City Postal Office (Sponsor: RC Mandaluyong North)
  2. Barangay Tanod: Mr. Eduardo G. Yim Sr. - Barangay San Roque, Antipolo City (Sponsor: RC Antipolo City)
  3. Health Employee: Ms. Felicitas M. Manuel - Navotas City Health Office (Sponsor: RC Navotas)
  4. Street Cleaner/Sweeper: Ms. Precy L. Sullera - Brgy. New Zañiga, Mandaluyong City (Sponsor: RC Wack Wack)
  5. Public Elementary School Teacher: Ms. Jovita Consorcia F. Mani - Malanday Elementary School (Sponsor: RCs Marikina & Metro Marikina)
  6. Public Elementary School Teacher: Mr. Emmanuel G. Bato - Cielito Zamora Memorial School (Sponsor: RC Grace Park)
  7. Public High School Teacher: Mr. Christopher S. Santos - Santolan High School (Sponsor: RCs Mutya ng Pasig & Pasig West)
