May 24, 2011, 1:00 pm, Ballroom Hall, Makati Sports Club, Makati City. A group of more than 200 Rotarians from R.I. District 3800, gathered to participate in the District Membership Seminar, hosted by the Rotary Club of Marikina. The Seminar for incoming Presidents and other officers of the different clubs in the district was called to order by DGE Raffy Garcia, who also was one of the speakers.
